Hello there! I’m JoAnne Fowler, a passionate serial entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of ventures. I’m proud to be an owning partner at Get Local Connect and Sweet Southern Gals, as well as a dedicated real estate agent and the owner of Blooming Bird Consulting and Coaching.

With over two decades of corporate executive management experience in B2B sales, I’ve honed my skills in various fields pertaining to not only sales but including acquisitions, opening and closing branches as well as developing training material and taking sales teams from manual to automation processes. I’ve successfully managed nonprofit organizations and gained experience in creating policies and procedures, recruiting and managing volunteers, fundraising and grant writing.  I have founded multiple small businesses, including restaurants, catering services, and legal ventures.

My expertise extends to grant writing, fundraising, operations, sales, marketing, and website design – skills that have been invaluable throughout my entrepreneurial journey. I hold several certifications, including Conflict Management at Work, I am a certified Empire Operations Coach, and I’m a professional life coach specializing in Goal Success, Career Development, Sales Strategies, Entrepreneurship, Virtual Events, and Difficult Employee Conversations.
