Welcome to “Christianity according to JoAnne”! I am overjoyed that you’ve taken the time to visit and read the messages God has laid on my heart to share with you. My name is JoAnne, and I’m thrilled to embark on this journey of faith together.
I’ve been blessed with a wonderful life. For over 40 years I’ve been happily married, and together, we’ve raised three amazing children who have grown into incredible adults with loving spouses. Our family cherishes each other’s company and finds immense joy in the simple act of having fun together. Oh, and let’s not forget our most amazing grandchildren, as of this writing we have 9 and our adorable dogs, who are like cherished members of the family too!
Although I was born and raised in Greer, SC, I have lived in Rock Hill, SC for the over 20 years now. My husband joined the Navy very early in our marriage and he served for 9 years. After he left the Navy, it was not too long before he was called into the ministry, He attended seminary and began his career as youth pastor, associate pastor and later senior pastor of our own church. Our journey has taken us to different places, and through it all, we’ve learned to trust in God’s plan.
I firmly believe that with God, all things are possible, regardless of our past or current circumstances. My purpose is to be an encourager and mentor to women from all walks of life, irrespective of their faith, background, or ethnicity. I want to see them embrace their full potential in Christ and become everything God has designed them to be.
